Welcome to ChristianUPhoto.com, owned and operated by CU Photography LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in the State of Hawai‘i, United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or access our Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.
You may be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information for purchases, including billing, shipping, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
We sell made-to-order fine art photography prints. All products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our third-party production partner WhiteWall in Germany.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors, tones, and textures may vary due to screen settings or material differences. We do not guarantee that the product you receive will exactly match the images on our website.
All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities offered.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Because all items are printed on demand, orders cannot be canceled or modified once accepted. All sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect (see Refund Policy).
SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties, or import fees unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not collect or store payment card details.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Production Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for print production before shipping.
- Shipping Partner: Orders are fulfilled by WhiteWall and shipped from Germany.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be provided when available.
- Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.
- International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
SECTION 6 – REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or material choice.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@christianuphoto.com with your order number and photographic evidence. Replacements, if approved, are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF CONTENT
All images, designs, and written content on ChristianUPhoto.com are copyrighted by CU Photography LLC. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-transferable license to display it privately.
You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or distribute purchased prints.
- Alter artwork in a way that degrades or misrepresents the original work.
- Use site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
SECTION 8 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to disrupt site operations. Misuse may result in termination of your account.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
We use third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, WhiteWall, payment processors) to operate our store. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party websites linked from our site.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY & DATA USE
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide (name, email, billing/shipping details) for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with you.
We currently do not use cookies or tracking technologies. If implemented in the future, we will notify users and request consent where required by law.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CU Photography LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchased products.
SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawai‘i.
