Refund policy

Effective Date: August 11, 2025

All Sales Are Final

All prints are made to order and produced on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than damage or manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Material or finish choice
  • Color or tonal differences due to screen variations

Damaged or Defective Prints

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:

Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. 
Email support@christianuphoto.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage/defect and packaging condition

We will review your submission and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at our sole discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional verification.


Non-Qualifying Issues

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in color, contrast, or crop compared to online previews
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
