Fulfillment & Shipping Partner

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party production partner, WhiteWall, located in Germany. Production and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, materials, and destination.

Production Time

  • Standard production time: Up to 14 business days
  • Production time does not include shipping time
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take longer

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if available).
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service.
  • CU Photography LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Customs inspections or processing
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Weather events or force majeure circumstances
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

International Orders

  • We ship worldwide, but delivery times will vary by destination.
  • For U.S. orders, no customs duties or import taxes are typically incurred for standard shipments.
  • For all other international destinations, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
