Are all prints final sale?
Yes. All prints sold are custom-made and printed on demand. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size or material.
What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@christianuphoto.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Replacements are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated production time: 14 business days
Shipping time: Varies by destination. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or address errors.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Because each print is custom-made, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please ensure your selections and address are correct before checkout.
